About Chef Corso

Steve Corso, a.k.a. Chef Corso, is a classically trained head chef and founder of Outdoor Eats – a mission driven company focused on elevating meals in the outdoors. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Chef Corso has over 20 years of culinary experience ranging from being a research chef testing new food products to training culinary staff for Starbucks all around the world.

He is the author of the Outdoor Eats Trail Meals cookbook series that’s sold over 26,000 copies direct to consumers with no major retail chains.
